Yoga

Sasha’s background in dance and her grounding personality influences the flow of her mindful and gentle sequencing. Her classes are slow and intentional, giving time to settle and find strength in each pose. She incorporates positive affirmations and invites opportunities for visualizations so the practitioner may access their own inner strength and resilience. After many years of practicing yoga, Sasha decided to follow a path to teaching yoga after the birth of her first daughter. She believes the benefits  of practicing yoga and meditation have lifelong enhancements physically and mentally and can  be a transformative and spiritual experience. Sasha is a graduate of 8 Limbs Yoga Centers, Seattle, WA, where she earned her 200HR (RYT) and Pre and Postnatal (RPYT). Sasha also loves sharing her practice with her two young daughters and has earned her certificate for Kids Yoga Teacher Training from Seattle Kids Yoga in Seattle, WA.

Prenatal Yoga

Find the connection with your body you’ve been looking for during your pregnancy while preparing your body and mind for birth and parenthood. Class includes a check-in (circle) to give you the opportunity to ask questions, get advice and connect with other parents to be. Classes focus on addressing the common aches and pains in the pregnant body.

Postnatal Yoga

A yoga class for you and your baby.  Connect with your new body, your mind, and your baby through postures that will strengthen, increase flexibility, and well being. This class offers you a safe space to share about your discoveries, your challenges and honors the importance of self-care.

Private or Group Yoga (virtual or in-person)

Practice anywhere. All of my offerings are available in-person or virtual to accommodate your schedule, accessibility and comfortability. I am available to teach private, group or event yoga classes. Whether you are looking to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, or maintain your nervous system, I am here to be part of your healing journey. I am passionate about using yoga as a tool to regulate your nervous system, build strength, focus and find relaxation. My classes are generally 60-75 minutes long.

Family Yoga

A yoga class for the whole family! This is an opportunity to move, breath, laugh and play while receiving the physical and mental benefits of a mindful yoga practice together as a family. Learn postures, breath awareness, and creative play through movement and relaxation. I am  available for private and group Family Yoga classes and events.
